Booking FAQ

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is typically 4:00 p.m., and check-out is 10:00 a.m.

    However, we are happy to accommodate flexible timing whenever possible. Please let us know in advance and we will do our best to adjust to your needs.

  • What should I bring for my stay?

    To ensure a comfortable stay, please bring any personal essentials you may need, such as:


    Hair dryer


    Toiletries


    Personal items

  • How do I check room rates and availability?

    Pricing can be found in the section above, or you can contact us directly for pricing and availability. We are happy to assist and help make your stay as convenient as possible. 

  • How do tentative reservations work?

    Tentative reservations can be held for 7 days without payment.

    To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.

  • When is full payment due?

    Full payment must be made 30 days before your event or retreat.

  • What happens if I cancel my reservation or the center cancels?

    • More than 30 days before the event: Deposit is retained; any additional payments are refunded.
    • Within 30 days of the event: 25% of the total payment is refunded; 75% is retained.
    • If the center needs to cancel the reservation, you will receive a full refund.
    • Payments cannot be applied as credit toward future bookings.
