Our spacious main room
accommodates up to 125 guests at round tables or 150 in theater-style seating, making it ideal for larger events. It includes essential presentation technology such as screens, projector, camara, microphone, and speakers.

Small Conference Room:
Room: This intimate space seats
up to 10 people, perfect for focused discussions or planning sessions. When necessary, a mobile TV, screen and projector can be relocated to this room or the Breaks Room to support presentations and
enhance meeting dynamics.

Break-out Rooms:
Several smaller rooms are
available for workshops or group sessions and can be equipped with the necessary technology to support dynamic, interactive sessions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Here’s how our policy works:
• Tentative Reservations: Held for 7 days without payment. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required
to confirm your booking.
• Full Payment: Due 30 days before your event or retreat.
Cancellations:
• More than 30 days: Deposit retained; additional payments refunded.
• Within 30 days: 25% refund, with 75% retained.
• Center Cancellations: Full refund if we need to cancel.
